Electrician Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Electrician with experience in both finish and rough-in electrical work for industrial products. This role offers the opportunity to work on unique, custom-built projects in a hands-on manufacturing and fabrication environment. Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment in compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) standards
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and layout drawings to ensure accurate installation
- Run, bend, and install EMT and rigid conduit, as well as seal-tight conduit
- Pull and terminate power and control cables
- Install junction boxes, switches, outlets, lighting fixtures, and distribution panels
- Troubleshoot electrical systems using testing equipment (e.g., voltmeters, ohmmeters)
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects safely and efficiently
- Adhere to all safety standards and regulations
Required Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC)
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and drawings
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Journeyperson-level experience
- Must provide basic electrician tools
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to work onsite and travel to customer locations as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- Electrical license
- Valid driver’s license
- Experience working in industrial or manufacturing environments

Schedule
- Monday to Friday
- 8-hour shifts or 10 hour shifts
- Overtime and weekends as needed
