About The Job

What will your main responsibilities look like?
In This Role, You Will Be Led To
- Responsible for developing client retention & loyalty through:
- Client Engagement: Implemented engagement strategies that have strengthened client relationships and loyalty.
- Risk Management: Conducted thorough monthly risk assessments and payment verifications, ensuring the stability of our client base and ensuring payment verification of new customers.
- Manage accounts receivable & collections.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by managing and resolving customer escalations and achieving churn reduction as per set goals.
- Post secondary education.
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an account manager or similar activities, including with digital services.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze information for effective strategic interventions.
- Ability to disseminate complex and/or technical information as required.
- Problem solving skills and ability to present efficient solutions, clearly and concisely Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrated negotiation skills with all levels of client business management.
- Required: Authorized to work in the US—unfortunately we cannot sponsor work visas or transfers at this time.
- Required: Must be physically located in Utah and able to work from the office 4 or 5 days per week.
- Service and customer satisfaction oriented.
- Diplomatic approach and ability to build strong business relationships.
- Initiative and motivation.
