MILL SERVICE TECHNICIAN (anywhere across the U.S.)

The primary and essential functions of the Mill Service Technician include scheduled and unscheduled field service visits to various customer mill locations to provide a variety of field services such as installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of REPCO feeder system equipment. The Mill Service Technician provides exceptional customer service and supports overall maintenance/installation operations to uphold the quality standards of REPCO products. This position requires approximately 75% travel.

Work Location:  Remote; travel across the U.S.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Installation, Maintenance, and Repair of mechanical and technical systems.
• Strong skills in Troubleshooting and problem-solving for equipment and machinery.
• Experience in Field Service, including on-site technical support and servicing equipment.
• Excellent Customer Service skills with a focus on client satisfaction and communication.
• Relevant vocational training, certifications, or professional experience in industrial maintenance is a plus.
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and CAD software.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Working knowledge of hand tools, electronic, electrical, and mechanical industrial equipment.  
• Programmable logic control (PLC) writing and troubleshooting is a plus.
• Understanding process controls such as pressure, flow, levels, and speed.
• Must be able to safely operate a forklift and successfully pass forklift certification training.

Other Requirements

• Must have excellent professionalism when communicating with customers, contractors, and suppliers.
• Must pass respirator physical and be fit tested for a respirator.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and an insurable driving record.
• Approximately 75% travel.
