Responsibilities:
- Conduct on-site service and repairs of windows, doors, and cabinets at residential customer locations.
- Diagnose issues and determine the most effective and efficient repair solutions.
- Perform necessary repairs and replacements, including hardware, glass, weather stripping, and finishes.
- Ensure that all serviced products meet our high-quality standards and industry regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by effectively communicating with clients and addressing their questions and concerns.
- Maintain detailed records of service calls, including work performed, parts used, and time spent.
- Collaborate with the sales and installation teams to resolve complex customer issues.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and service techniques through ongoing training and development.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications or training in window, door, or cabinet repair is a plus.
- Previous experience in servicing and repairing residential windows, doors, and cabinets.
- Strong mechanical and technical skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for customer interactions.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and dependable transportation.
