  In our time of Company growth, we are seeking an Electronic Health Records (EHR) Specialist.

   

  Work Location: Bradenton, FL.

   

  As part of this role, you will:

  • Serves as a resource person for EHR specific practice management requirements used to develop
    documentation, reporting, billing, and workflows.
  • Assists with developing and maintaining Policy and Procedures for EHR system
  • Merges EHR Records
  • Assist with reconciliation of records
  • Runs and creates reports
  • Responsible for error que
  • Assist in managing documents in the system
  • Supports the goals and mission of MCR.
  • Adheres to the safety policy of MCR.
  • Assist with developing training material and supporting functionality of Athena Communicator
  • Assist with staff logins and password resets for websites.
  • Performs and embraces other duties as assigned from time to time.
  • Verify with EHR Manager before any changes are made in the practice system.
  • Fully document any changes that are made in the practice management system.
  • Maintains an open line of communication with leadership team on the status of MCR operations and key
    performance indicators as it relates to areas of assigned responsibility.
  • Obtains and maintains any identified certifications
  • Promotes the concept of Provide an Exceptional Experience to Everyone, Every Time
  • Completes day-to-day tasks to assure smooth operation of MCR
  • Supports the mission and vision of MCR Health
  • Adheres to all MCR policies, procedures, and standards
  • Performs other duties as assigned
