Brief Description
Serves as a resource person for EHR specific practice management requirements used to develop
documentation, reporting, billing, and workflows.
A minimum of High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
Assist EHR Manager with day-to-day operations and onsite support of clinical staff. This person will be responsible for tracking quality measures, analyzing workflows, and assisting the EHR Manager with day-today task. Assists with coordinating connectivity concerns with MCR, Athena health, and all Electronic Health Records. Assists to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.

- Assist with staff logins and password resets for websites.

- Verify with EHR Manager before any changes are made in the practice system.
- Fully document any changes that are made in the practice management system.
- Maintains an open line of communication with leadership team on the status of MCR operations and key
- Obtains and maintains any identified certifications

- Completes day-to-day tasks to assure smooth operation of MCR

A minimum of High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
- Current and Valid Florida LPN/RN License required
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience as LPN/RN required
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience using an Electronic Health Record System required
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in training and support preferred
- Valid driver’s license required with the ability to move between sites as needed to oversee, observe, and
- Microsoft Office Products – Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint proficiency preferred
