In our time of Company growth, we are seeking a Technical Support Level II.
Work Location: Bradenton, FL
As part of this role you will:
- Identify, research, and resolve level 2 technical problems
- Respond to telephone calls, email, and personnel requests for technical support
- Document, tracks, and monitors the problem to ensure a timely resolution
- Monitor daily backup process
- Monitor Anti-virus/Anti-spam server
- Telephony duties: Installs telephone/Fax, add users, program voicemail boxes, generate a report on phone statistics, and maintain users on the system
- Provide “on-call” support to customers and internal groups
- Install and test software updates and patches to support applications and various operating systems
- Install PC hardware/software, printers, and other I.T. equipment
- Provide problem-solving/troubleshoot
