The purpose of this position is to assist the Manager of Ranch Programs with course development and provide support related to current and ongoing Ranch courses. Responsibilities include registering Continuing Education (CE) students, maintaining accurate records, utilizing campus software systems to build and manage courses, and performing general administrative duties within the CE department. This position serves receives general direction from the Manager of Ranch Programs and exercises no supervision. **NOTE:** This is a security sensitive position and an appropriate background investigation will be made on applicants being strongly considered for this position.
Minimum Qualification Requirements

Knowledge of: 1. Modern office procedures and computer equipment; 2. Proper English usage, grammar, spelling, and punctuation; 3. Skills in**:** 5. Execute superior customer services when dealing with diverse populations; 6.Reporting, recordkeeping, and filing; 7. Proper keyboarding technique; 8. Microsoft applications, internal software, and assistive devices;
Ability to**:** 9. Interpret and apply federal, state, and local college laws regarding rules, regulations, and policies; 10. Effectively perform, organize, and prioritize a variety of duties under time constraints; 11. Communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing, both virtually and digitally; 12. Learn and utilize interoffice programs, procedures, and computer technologies; 13.
Work independently and collaboratively as part of a team; 14. Establish and maintain effective working relationships with those contacted in the course of work; 15. Perform duties with a high level of accuracy; 16. Maintain current technology trends.
Working Conditions
Restricted-Sustained posture, for prolonged periods; light lifting, some walking, pushing, pulling on a regular basis. Unpleasant Exposure Minor Hazard-Moderate exposure to dust, grease, noise, inclement weather, temperature extremes, and unpleasant but not hazardous odors are present. There is occasional exposure to risk controlled by safety precautions. Frequency and severity are limited.
