Position Title: Advisor – Home Health Operations & Strategy

Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Guidance: Advise on best practices to improve efficiency across scheduling, staffing, clinical workflows, billing, and compliance.
- Systems Optimization: Assess current processes/EMRs, recommend upgrades, and support implementation of tools that enhance quality and productivity.
- Market Insights: Analyze industry trends, regulatory shifts, and payer requirements to keep the agency competitive.
- Strategic Planning: Partner with leadership to refine growth strategies, expand service lines, and align operations with business objectives.
- Performance Metrics: Define KPIs and reporting mechanisms to monitor performance and enable data-driven decisions.
- Change Management: Guide teams through operational transitions while building a culture of accountability and adaptability.
Qualifications
- 10 years of leadership experience in home health or related healthcare services, ideally at the executive or senior operations level.
- Strong knowledge of clinical, operational, and compliance frameworks in home health.
- Proven track record in scaling businesses, improving margins, and driving process improvements.
- Deep expertise in Medicare/Medicaid, private insurance reimbursement, and value-based care models.
- Experience implementing and optimizing systems (EMRs, scheduling, compliance tools).
- Exceptional communication and advisory skills with the ability to influence senior leadership.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $200,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
