McCarter & English, LLP is seeking a corporate associate for our office located in Philadelphia, PA. Candidate must have 4 – 6 years of experience at a law firm in corporate and/or alternative entity practice, including experience with transactional work. PA or NY Bar Admission required. Strong academic record required. Salary range for this position is $170,000-$220,000 annually, depending on level of experience. Candidates who receive an offer of employment will be processed through a background check which will be an individualized assessment based on the applicant’s or employee’s specific record and the duties and requirements of the specific job.
