McCarter & English, LLP is seeking a Delaware-barred corporate associate for our office located in Wilmington, DE or Philadelphia, PA. Candidate must have 4 – 8 years of experience at a law firm in corporate and/or alternative entity practice, including experience with Delaware LLCs, LPs and other alternative entities. DE Bar Admission required. Strong academic record required. Salary range for this position is $180,000-220,000, depending on experience.
