What are the responsibilities and job description for the Trusts and Estates Litigation Associate position at McCarter & English, LLP?
McCarter and English is seeking a Trusts and Estates Litigation associate for our Newark, NJ office. Judicial clerkship experience in the Chancery Division or Appellate Courts desired. Candidate should have 3-5 years of experience in litigation. NJ and NY Bar admission and strong academic background required. The salary range for this position is $170,000 – $210,000 annually, depending on experience. If you have relevant experience, we would like you to consider joining our team.
