VOY is working directly with a Top 20 Am Law client seeking a mid-level Corporate Associate to join its award-winning Life Sciences team.
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience handling a broad range of corporate and transactional matters
- Experience with public company work, registered equity offerings, and ongoing SEC reporting
- M&A transaction experience required
- Life sciences experience is a plus, but a strong interest in the space will also be considered
