About The Role
You’ll work directly with ownership to build and test scalable first-party acquisition channels for Score Capital. We’re looking for someone who already understands the MCA/business-funding market and can help us determine where to invest across email, paid search, Meta, SEO, direct mail, reactivation, partnerships, and other channels.
This is a hands-on contractor role; we want someone who can test channels, build funnels, measure results, and tell us what is actually producing fundable merchants.
What you will do
Score Capital is a five-year-old alternative commercial finance brokerage currently funding approximately $2M per month. We’ve built a strong sales and outsourced opener operation and are now focused on building more of our own internal lead-generation engine rather than relying primarily on purchased data.
Pay
Base $2,500–$4,000/mo bonus

What you will do
- Audit our current lead sources, old databases, email campaigns, and acquisition economics
- Build a practical internal lead-generation strategy
- Launch and manage small proof-of-concept campaigns before scaling spend
- Test channels such as Google Search, Meta, cold email, SEO/content, direct mail, and database reactivation
- Build or improve landing pages, forms, and merchant application funnels
- Improve email copy, segmentation, cadence, deliverability, and follow-up
- Work with our sales team to understand what actually becomes an app, approval, and funded deal
- Track attribution from marketing source through funded deal and NTH
- Recommend software, data sources, agencies, and vendors where needed
- Help us determine what should stay outsourced versus what Score should eventually own internally
- Report clearly on spend, applications, approvals, funded deals, and return on marketing spend
- Direct MCA, business funding, alternative lending, or closely related lead-gen experience
- Demonstrated experience generating leads internally, not just purchasing/reselling leads
- Strong knowledge of at least several of: Google Ads, Meta, cold email, SEO, direct mail, landing pages, CRM automation, reactivation
- Understanding that a cheap lead is meaningless if it does not produce an application and funded deal
- Ability to talk intelligently about cost per app, cost per funded deal, funded volume, NTH, CAC, and LTV
- Someone who can operate independently and tell us when an idea is bad rather than simply spending the budget
