You will close: taking deals that arrive already qualified, presenting the offer, handling what comes back, and owning the file through to funded. The person on the other end of the phone is the business owner taking the funding.
What you will do
Score Capital has been in business for five years and currently funds approximately $2M per month. Our outsourced opener team produces 10–20 new deal opportunities and around 5 new approvals per day, giving experienced salespeople consistent, qualified volume to work.
We’re not looking to stay a small brokerage. Our goal is to scale Score into a major force in alternative commercial finance, and we want hungry, high-performing people who are excited to build alongside the founder. What you will do
- Work inbound and outbound leads and qualify merchants against our guidelines
- Collect the full file (application, statements, stips) and get it to underwriting clean
- Present offers, handle the objections that come with them, and close
- A few years selling MCA, small business funding, or another phone-based finance product
- Comfort on the phone with owners who have been called by ten shops this week
- The discipline to work a pipeline rather than only the hot deals
- Comfort on the phone with owners who have already heard from ten other shops
