Score Capital is a five-year-old alternative commercial finance brokerage currently funding about $2M per month. We’ve built a lean, high-output model with outsourced openers feeding clean files into a growing domestic sales team, and we’re now focused on scaling the company into a much larger operation.
Pay
Base $72k–$150k bonus

What you will do
- Oversee files from submission through funding and make sure nothing stalls
- Build and improve SOPs, workflows, reporting, and accountability across the team
- Identify bottlenecks in sales, processing, approvals, and funding and fix them
- Help build out our renewals and customer-retention operation
- Evaluate and implement new CRM, LOS, automation, dialer, and other operational technology
- Manage cross-functional projects from idea through rollout
- Strengthen relationships with funders, partners, ISOs, and other industry contacts
- Use data to improve conversion, speed, productivity, and funded volume
- Train and support team members as processes change
- Work directly with the founder on scaling the brokerage
- Several years of real MCA / alternative commercial finance experience
- Strong understanding of how a brokerage operates from lead/app through funding
- Someone who has seen good systems at other shops and can bring those insights here
- Highly organized, but also commercially minded
- Comfortable owning both details and larger projects
- Experience implementing processes, technology, or automation
- Strong industry relationships and understanding of funders/lender programs is a plus
- Someone proactive enough to see a problem and build the solution without waiting to be told
