Matador Rare Coins Ltd., a nationally recognized rare coin and precious metals dealership, is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our growing team as Part-Time Lead Generation Specialists.

Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers using company-provided leads.
- Introduce our company and services to potential clients.
- Identify interested prospects and generate qualified leads.
- Schedule appointments and callbacks for our experienced sales brokers.
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
- Meet daily and weekly production goals.
- Develop communication, prospecting, and sales skills.
Compensation
- $17.50 per hour guaranteed base pay
- 25 hours per week
- Additional performance-based production bonuses
