- Managing and maintaining accurate financial records
- Supports the overall marketing and leasing efforts for the property
- Prepare monthly survey reports to analyze real estate trends and local market conditions
- Posting and reconciling transactions from receipts, invoices, and other documentation
- Maintaining resident files and systems
- Offers recommendations to management regarding improvements to the overall operation of the community
- Assisting residents and resolving concerns with professionalism and care
- Supervising leasing and maintenance teams in the absence of the Community Manager
- 2-3 years of experience in assistant property management within the multi-family industry
- Bilingual in Spanish is required
- Proficiency in Yardi or similar property management software preferred
- Strong attention to detail and task orientation
- Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills
