Daily/Weekly Responsibilities
- Prepare or assist in preparing vacant apartments to a market ready-condition
- Respond to resident service requests (light bulb changes, minor HVAC, caulking, appliance repairs, filter changes, etc.)
- Perform on-call emergency service as required
- Assist the Maintenance Supervisor on special maintenance projects as needed
- Assist with keeping grounds and common areas free of trash and debris
Who and what skills are we looking for?
- A minimum of 1 year of residential maintenance experience including work orders and turns
- Basic to moderate electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliance repairs and general maintenance skills
- EPA Universal is highly preferred
- Energetic, responsible and organized
- A true team-player mentality
