Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and innovative AI/ML Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will assist in designing, developing, deploying, and optimizing machine learning models and AI-powered applications. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong foundation in machine learning, data science, and software development who are eager to solve real-world business problems using artificial intelligence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, train, test, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models.
- Collect, clean, preprocess, and analyze structured and unstructured datasets.
- Build scalable data pipelines to support AI and machine learning workflows.
- Implement supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning algorithms.
- Design and optimize predictive models for classification, regression, recommendation, forecasting, and anomaly detection.
- Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders to deliver AI-driven solutions.
- Evaluate model performance using appropriate metrics and improve model accuracy through feature engineering and hyperparameter tuning.
- Deploy machine learning models using cloud platforms and MLOps best practices.
- Monitor production models and retrain them as needed to maintain performance.
- Document model architecture, experiments, and technical processes.
- Stay current with advancements in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and generative AI technologies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- 0–5 years of experience in AI, machine learning, data science, or software development.
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and statistical modeling.
- Proficiency in Python.
- Experience with machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Keras, or XGBoost.
