Compensation & Schedule
- Wage: $15.00–$17.00 per hour (DOE) tips and benefits
- Tips: Participation required; tips reported on an actual basis
- Schedule: Day shift
Slot Team Member / Floor Operations
- Act as a floor leader during assigned shifts
- Address guest concerns promptly and professionally to ensure high satisfaction
- Support daily casino operations and coordinate with other departments
- Enforce policies related to safety, security, and responsible gaming
- Assist in training and mentoring team members
- Monitor the casino floor to ensure the safety and security of guests and team members
- Respond promptly to incidents, disturbances, and emergencies
- De-escalate conflicts and maintain a safe, welcoming environment
- Conduct regular patrols to identify and address potential risks
- Enforce casino policies, procedures, and gaming regulations (including age restrictions)
- Collaborate with internal teams and, when necessary, law enforcement
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on slot machines
- Troubleshoot and resolve machine malfunctions efficiently
- Respond to jackpots, assist with payouts, and support guests during wins
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs, service records, and parts inventory
- Assist with the installation, relocation, and removal of gaming machines
- Refill ticket paper and ensure machines are fully operational
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Gaming Control Board license
- Previous experience in slot operations or a related field is required
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of casino operations, gaming regulations, and security procedures
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions under pressure
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions
