Slot Floor Technician

·         Excellent internal/external guest service;

·         Preventive maintenance on all slot equipment/machines in accordance with departmental policies and procedures;

·         Maintain proper documentation on department repair logs, shift logs, pm logs, M.E.A.L. cards, etc.;

·         Maintain sign lighting and graphics;

·         Ensure all slot machines are secure;

·         Provide information and explain Players Club benefits, property amenities and marketing programs to our guest;

·         Communicate effectively both orally and in writing;
