Slot Service Representative
As a Slot Service Representative, you will provide exceptional guest service throughout the slot areas of the casino while supporting Players’ Club operations. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people in a fast-paced environment and take pride in delivering friendly, professional service. You will assist guests with slot machine play, jackpots, promotions, and Players’ Club services while ensuring compliance with gaming regulations and company standards.
Key Responsibilities

Provide courteous and attentive service to guests throughout assigned slot areas.

Assist guests with slot machine operation, ticket redemption questions, and machine-related concerns.

Observe activity within assigned areas and provide instruction and guidance on slot machine functions and payouts.

Identify and process jackpot transactions promptly and accurately while maintaining a high level of guest service.

Monitor assigned sections and remain alert to potential slot cheating methods or suspicious activity.

Address routine guest questions and concerns while recognizing situations requiring supervisory assistance.

Maintain awareness of property events and promotions and provide accurate information to guests.

Support casino promotions and assist guests with comps, coupons, and change services.

Provide Players’ Club support, including:

Signing up new members

Issuing new or replacement cards

Accessing account information
-
Answering questions regarding points, comps, and club credits

Issue vendor comps and promotional coupons as authorized.

Maintain accuracy and accountability for assigned employee cash banks.

Maintain a positive and professional demeanor with guests, team members, and vendors.

Remain composed and professional in a fast-paced environment.

Perform other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience:

Must be 21 years of age or older
-
High School Diploma or GED required
-
Previous cash-handling experience required
-
Basic knowledge of SDS or Casino Market Place systems is preferred
Additional Requirements:
- Respond to common inquiries and/or complaints from guests.
- Ability to deal with inebriated customers in a courteous manner.
- Must have the ability to successfully interact with other team members and management.
- Must be able to tolerate areas containing secondary smoke, high noise levels, bright lights, and dust.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be flexible and able to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays
