Supply Chain Operations Manager

As a Supply Chain Operations Manager, you will lead the end-to-end material lifecycle, ensuring seamless procurement, inventory accuracy, and production readiness. You will drive operational excellence by scaling supply chain processes and fostering strategic supplier partnerships to support rapid business growth.

• Develop and execute comprehensive supply chain strategies to optimize material availability and reduce lead times.
• Manage end-to-end procurement activities, including contract negotiations and supplier performance monitoring.
• Maintain precise inventory levels and master data integrity within ERP systems to support uninterrupted manufacturing.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Quality, and Production teams to align material requirements with project timelines.
• Implement data-driven KPIs and dashboards to identify bottlenecks and improve overall supply chain efficiency.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team to foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.

Required Skills

• 5 years of progressive experience in supply chain, procurement, or materials management.
• 3 years of leadership experience managing supply chain teams.
• Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems (e.g., VistaSuite, Quantum) and advanced Excel analytics.
• Strong background in inventory control, production planning, and supplier relationship management.
• Proven ability to analyze complex data to drive operational decision-making.

Preferred Skills

• Experience within aerospace, aviation, or other highly regulated manufacturing sectors.
• Demonstrated success in applying Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
