Fiberglass Finisher

Located in Seminole, OK, 74868, we are looking for a talented Fiberglass Finisher to contribute to our production operations. Your primary objective will be to uphold our reputation for excellence by ensuring every fiberglass item reflects superior craftsmanship and quality. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work and possesses a sharp eye for precision.

• Refine fiberglass surfaces through grinding, sanding, and polishing to create a seamless texture.
• Utilize gel coats and various finishing agents to coat fiberglass components.
• Perform quality control checks on completed items to ensure they meet standards and perform any required corrections.
• Work alongside colleagues to help the team meet production deadlines.
• Help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team by keeping the workspace tidy and following all safety guidelines.
• Support the team by identifying and fixing complications that arise during the finishing stages.

• Completion of high school or a GED; vocational training related to fiberglass is advantageous.
• Prior background in fiberglass finishing or similar industrial roles is desired.
• Demonstrate a high level of accuracy to ensure the final output meets our quality benchmarks.
• Capacity to function effectively both as an individual contributor and in a collaborative team setting.
• Working knowledge of the machinery and instruments standard in the fiberglass finishing trade.
• Display strong interpersonal communication abilities and a constructive mindset.
