About the Role
As a Final Mile Delivery and Installation Specialist, you will lead a two-person team to provide premium white-glove service to residential customers. Your primary focus is ensuring the safe transport and expert assembly of high-end furniture, directly impacting customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.
Responsibilities- Execute efficient delivery routes while maintaining strict adherence to delivery schedules.
- Perform professional in-home assembly of various home goods, including furniture and shelving, ensuring all items are setup to manufacturer specifications.
- Operate a 26' box truck equipped with a lift gate to safely transport large consumer goods.
- Provide exceptional customer service, acting as the face of the brand during every interaction.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure all delivery and assembly tasks are completed to high quality standards.
- Coordinate with dispatch to manage route logistics and ensure timely completion of all service stops.
Required Skills
- Ownership or operation of a 26' box truck with a functional lift gate.
- Active DOT and MC authority with valid business EIN.
- Ability to work as a dedicated two-person team.
- Must maintain comprehensive commercial insurance coverage.
- Successful completion of background, drug, and MVR screenings for all team members.
Preferred Skills
- 1 years of experience in final mile delivery and installation of home goods.
- Proven track record in furniture assembly and white-glove service environments.
