Service Technician

We are currently looking for a dedicated Water Softening Service Technician to join our team. If you thrive in hands-on roles, enjoy solving technical equipment problems, and take pride in delivering top-tier customer service, this opportunity is a great fit for you.

• Handle the installation, upkeep, and repair of water softening units for both homes and businesses
• Identify and resolve technical malfunctions within water treatment hardware
• Execute standard maintenance tasks and swap out filters as needed
• Analyze water samples to suggest the best treatment options for the client
• Help clients understand how to properly operate and care for their installed systems
• Ensure all service logs are updated and paperwork is filed correctly
• Keep your assigned service vehicle and professional tools in good working order

• Background in appliance repair, water treatment, or plumbing is highly valued
• Strong mechanical reasoning and the ability to diagnose complex issues
• Exceptional interpersonal skills to ensure a positive client experience
• Physical capability to handle loads of 50 pounds and adapt to different job sites
• Current driver's license paired with a clean driving history
• Reliable, proactive, and committed to maintaining a safe work environment

Employment Details

Status: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm

Compensation: $15.00 per hour
