Production Supervisor

Compensation

We are offering a salary range between $80,000 and $95,000 per year.

Required Qualifications

• Possess at least three years of experience managing production teams specifically within heavy industrial manufacturing settings, excluding food and beverage, pharmaceutical, or medical device sectors.

Your Core Duties

• Oversee a workforce of 10 to 15 staff members to help the team consistently achieve high-quality output, meet production targets, and maintain rigorous safety standards.
• Manage daily manufacturing workflows and personnel scheduling to cultivate an efficient and supportive workplace culture.
• Mentor and develop production staff to enhance their individual skill sets and boost overall operational performance.
• Maintain accurate records regarding employee attendance, time off, and performance evaluations through our HRIS platform.
• Offer direct guidance and technical support to the production crew to resolve obstacles that could hinder safety, quality, or output goals.
