What you'll do:
- Operate and maintain automated box-making equipment to ensure efficient packaging processes.
- Load, unload, and inspect packaging materials and finished products to maintain quality standards.
- Utilize equipment to move and stage completed pallets, ensuring proper shrink wrapping for secure transport.
- Form, label, seal, and inspect filled cartons on pallets to meet production requirements.
- Monitor caps and packaging materials for defects, ensuring only high-quality materials are used.
- Clear jams and maintain scrap conveying systems, including bailer operations, to minimize downtime.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the production area to promote a safe and efficient workspace.
- Manage raw material inventory to meet production demands, ensuring continuous operation.
What you'll need to have:
Required Skills

- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds frequently.
