People Operations Manager

As a People Operations Manager (also known as HR Business Partner, Plant HR Lead), you will serve as the primary strategic partner for our high-volume manufacturing site. You will drive organizational success by championing talent acquisition, fostering a high-performance culture, and ensuring operational excellence through effective people management strategies.

• Lead end-to-end talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top-tier hourly and salaried talent.
• Drive organizational development by implementing leadership coaching, succession planning, and robust career development programs.
• Manage labor relations and collective bargaining agreements to ensure harmonious workplace operations and compliance.
• Cultivate an inclusive, values-driven culture through proactive employee engagement initiatives and change management.
• Analyze workforce metrics and data trends to provide actionable insights that improve productivity, safety, and retention.
• Oversee payroll accuracy and HR compliance, ensuring all processes align with regulatory standards and company policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to solve complex operational challenges and facilitate organizational growth.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• 5 years of progressive HR experience within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Proven track record in high-volume hourly recruitment and onboarding.
• Demonstrated ability to navigate labor relations and unionized environments.
