Responsibilities- Expedite the processing of incoming customer orders to ensure timely fulfillment.
- Perform thorough contract reviews to validate terms and conditions, mitigating potential discrepancies.
- Accurately input order details into the system, maintaining data integrity.
- Keep delivery dates current, providing stakeholders with accurate shipment timelines.
- Offer consistent support to Sales Account Managers, facilitating smooth sales operations.
- Pinpoint and champion areas for process improvement, boosting overall efficiency.
Required Skills
- High School diploma or GED equivalent.
- Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking capabilities.
Preferred Skills
- 2 years of experience in Order Processing, ideally within a CNC machining or manufacturing setting.
- Ability to interpret and understand technical blueprints.
