Manufacturing Floor Lead

As a Manufacturing Floor Lead, you will spearhead daily operations, drive team performance, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that production targets are achieved while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality excellence.

• Direct and mentor shift personnel to optimize daily output and resolve operational bottlenecks.
• Champion a proactive safety culture by conducting regular compliance audits and leading thorough incident investigations.
• Oversee quality control processes to ensure all manufactured goods meet rigorous specifications.
• Facilitate comprehensive training programs focused on operational efficiency, safety protocols, and quality assurance.
• Collaborate with Human Resources to manage labor requirements, payroll accuracy, and personnel development.
• Coordinate with cross-functional departments to ensure seamless communication and effective shift handovers.

Required Skills

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in production leadership within a manufacturing environment.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Strong technical aptitude with Microsoft Office and the ability to adapt to new management software.
• Proven ability to foster productive relationships across all levels of the organization.
• Physical capability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Six Sigma Certification or equivalent process improvement training.
• Demonstrated success in driving lean manufacturing initiatives.
