- Buff and polish floors to achieve a high-gloss finish that enhances the overall aesthetic of the facility.
- Follow established janitorial procedures to ensure all areas are hygienic, organized, and safe for daily operations.
- Use environmentally friendly cleaning products and techniques to promote sustainability within the workplace.

Requirements
- Proven experience in custodial or janitorial services, particularly in commercial or environmental services settings.
- Strong knowledge of floor care techniques including cleaning, buffing, stripping, sealing, and carpet cleaning.
- Ability to operate various cleaning machinery such as floor buffers, extractors, vacuums, and related equipment safely and effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail with a proactive attitude towards maintaining cleanliness standards.
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
- Good communication skills and the ability to follow detailed instructions accurately.
