Reporting directly to the Engineering Manager, you will be instrumental in enhancing production workflows, championing ongoing improvement projects, and guaranteeing streamlined, top-tier production.
Your Responsibilities:
- Provide support to daily production activities by resolving equipment and process-related problems.
- Enact enhancements to processes aimed at boosting productivity, minimizing waste, and elevating product quality.
- Work in conjunction with various teams, including those in Quality, Maintenance, and Production departments.
- Contribute to the creation and adjustment of tooling, setups, and factory layouts.
- Engage in continuous improvement programs (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, etc.) to foster operational excellence.
Desired Qualifications:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a closely related technical discipline.
- Firm grasp of manufacturing concepts and mechanical procedures.
- Exceptional problem-solving capabilities coupled with a hands-on working style.
