About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Specialist to ensure the smooth operation of our manufacturing facility. In this role, you will be pivotal in resolving equipment breakdowns, performing preventative maintenance, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols. Your expertise in electrical systems and mechanical troubleshooting will be essential to our success.
Responsibilities- Execute the maintenance schedule, focusing on adjustments, cleaning, and preventative maintenance of all equipment and facility installations to minimize downtime.
- Conduct preventative maintenance on equipment, machinery, and the facility to proactively identify and resolve potential issues.
- Address acute maintenance needs and replace parts as required to maintain operational efficiency.
- Provide support to operators, process technicians, and leadership by troubleshooting equipment malfunctions and implementing effective solutions.
- Adhere to lock-out/tag-out procedures and all relevant safety protocols when working on machinery and equipment to ensure a safe working environment.
- Utilize all necessary safety gear while performing maintenance tasks to mitigate risks and ensure personal safety.
Qualifications
Required Skills
- Proficiency in mechanical troubleshooting.
- Solid understanding of 120/208/240/480 Voltage Systems.
- Expertise in electrical troubleshooting and repair.
- Experience with pneumatics troubleshooting.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with PLC troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with hydraulic systems.
