Industrial Manufacturing Technician

As a Senior Industrial Machine Technician, you will serve as a critical driver of our production floor, ensuring that high-speed equipment operates at peak efficiency. You will leverage your technical expertise to maintain quality standards and optimize manufacturing workflows, directly impacting our ability to deliver consistent, high-quality products to our customers.

• Manage the operation of complex machinery to meet or exceed established performance benchmarks for quality, waste reduction, and output.
• Proactively diagnose and resolve mechanical malfunctions to minimize downtime and maintain continuous production flow.
• Drive process improvements by identifying and implementing innovative solutions that enhance overall equipment effectiveness.
• Provide technical mentorship to junior staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and operational excellence.
• Maintain meticulous production records, including machine utilization data and output metrics, to support data-driven decision-making.
• Conduct rigorous quality inspections, making precise machine adjustments to ensure all finished goods meet strict specifications.
• Uphold a culture of safety and organization by strictly adhering to standard operating procedures and housekeeping protocols.

Required Skills

• Minimum of one year of hands-on experience in a manufacturing or industrial production environment.
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and repair minor equipment issues.
• Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for precise machine adjustments.
• Proficiency in basic mathematics and the use of measurement tools such as levels and calipers.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
