Industrial Manufacturing Operator

As a Foundry Manufacturing Associate, you will play a vital role in our heavy industrial operations, contributing to the creation of high-quality iron castings. You will gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced production environment, developing technical skills that support our commitment to craftsmanship and operational excellence.

• Operate heavy machinery and hand tools to meet daily production output targets.
• Perform visual quality inspections to ensure all manufactured components meet rigorous industry standards.
• Execute departmental work instructions and process control documentation to maintain consistency.
• Maintain a safe and organized workspace by actively participating in 6-S workplace organization initiatives.
• Support environmental compliance efforts by adhering to ISO 14001 standards.
• Handle and transport raw materials and finished goods, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
