About the Role
As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you will serve as a critical technical resource, ensuring the peak performance and reliability of complex production machinery. You will leverage your expertise in mechanical systems and troubleshooting to minimize downtime and drive operational efficiency across our facility.
Responsibilities- Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical and electromechanical issues to maintain continuous production flow.
- Execute comprehensive preventive maintenance schedules to extend equipment lifespan and prevent unexpected failures.
- Interpret technical blueprints and schematics to facilitate precise machinery installation and system upgrades.
- Perform advanced repairs involving hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical power transmission systems.
- Execute precision welding, rigging, and pipefitting tasks to support infrastructure and equipment modifications.
- Lead independent maintenance projects, ensuring all work meets rigorous safety and quality standards.
- Maintain a safe work environment by strictly adhering to all industrial safety protocols and utilizing required protective equipment.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in industrial maintenance or a completed Journeyman Millwright program.
- Demonstrated proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and schematics.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on experience in troubleshooting industrial systems.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including heavy lifting, climbing, and working at heights.
- Must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the United States.
Preferred Skills
- Direct experience in high-voltage electrical systems and industrial conduit installation.
- Proven track record in machine building or assembly within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Experience with conveyor systems and complex mechanical drive components.
- Strong background in integrated electrical and electronic control systems.
