About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to ensure the reliability and efficiency of our manufacturing operations. In this role, you will be instrumental in maintaining production equipment, resolving electrical and mechanical issues, and contributing to a safe working environment. Your expertise in PLC systems, electrical systems, and mechanical maintenance will be essential to our success.
Responsibilities- Perform maintenance on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems to maximize equipment uptime.
- Diagnose and repair electrical malfunctions in 480V 3-phase industrial systems and 24VDC control systems to reduce production interruptions.
- Read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics to facilitate effective troubleshooting and repairs.
- Install, troubleshoot, and maintain PLC systems and motor control circuits to optimize automation processes.
- Conduct safety inspections and promote adherence to OSHA and company safety standards.
- Document maintenance activities and equipment status updates using the CMMS.
Required Skills
- 3 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing setting, or relevant experience/schooling.
- Strong knowledge of 480V 3-phase power systems and 24VDC control systems.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical and mechanical schematics.
Preferred Skills
- Associate degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Technology.
- Experience with PLC troubleshooting and drives.
- Familiarity with pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
- Relevant technical certifications.
