Industrial Maintenance Electrician

As an Industrial Maintenance Electrician, you will serve as a critical technical resource responsible for the uptime and reliability of complex manufacturing systems. You will utilize your expertise in high-voltage infrastructure, PLC logic, and advanced troubleshooting to optimize equipment performance and drive operational efficiency.

• Diagnose and resolve complex electrical faults in industrial machinery to minimize production downtime.
• Execute comprehensive preventive maintenance programs to extend the lifecycle of critical mechanical and electrical assets.
• Configure and calibrate Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) to ensure precise machine operation.
• Interpret intricate technical schematics and blueprints to facilitate accurate equipment installations and system upgrades.
• Lead independent technical projects, managing the full lifecycle from initial planning to final commissioning.
• Maintain rigorous safety standards, ensuring all electrical work complies with industrial regulations and site-specific protocols.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support equipment startup phases and process improvements.

Required Skills

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on industrial electrical experience or a recognized Journeyman's card.
• Demonstrated proficiency in high-voltage systems and industrial control troubleshooting.
• Physical capability to perform tasks involving lifting, climbing, and working in varied industrial environments.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the United States.
• Successful completion of a technical aptitude assessment.

Preferred Skills

• Direct experience with Servo Motors and Ethernet-based industrial communication systems.
• Prior background in high-speed manufacturing equipment maintenance.
• Basic computer literacy for documentation and diagnostic software usage.
