Responsibilities
- Perform troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance on medical equipment, systems, and components.
- Independently manage your schedule to complete preventative maintenance, service calls, installations, and upgrades, ensuring customer needs are met promptly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate issues, utilize technology platforms for compliance, and document troubleshooting processes.
- Provide customers with information, pricing, and repair options, fostering strong relationships and identifying potential sales opportunities.
- Offer support across various locations within the assigned territory, adapting to diverse service agreements and customer requirements.
- Maintain equipment functionality by adhering to preventive maintenance schedules and protocols.
Qualifications
Required Skills
- High School Diploma or GED with 4 years of relevant work experience, including 2 years in a mechanical/technical role.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to meet background and physical assessment requirements for vendor credentialing.
- Proficiency in mechanical troubleshooting, heavy equipment repair, and creating preventive maintenance plans.
- Familiarity with 120/208/240/480 Voltage Systems.
Preferred Skills
- Associate’s degree or related certifications in a technical/mechanical field.
- Customer and team engagement experience.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer skills (MS Windows/email, navigation, mobile app, data input into multi-systems).
- OSHA 10-Hour Certification (OSHA 10).
