Equipment Maintenance Specialist

We are looking for a motivated and talented Equipment Maintenance Specialist to become an integral part of our operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliable operation of our oil-based systems through proactive maintenance and expert troubleshooting. Your proficiency in mechanical systems and attention to detail will be critical to our success.

• Conduct regular inspections of oil equipment, identifying and addressing potential issues before they escalate.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical problems to minimize downtime and maintain operational efficiency.
• Perform oil changes, fluid replacements, and other preventative maintenance tasks in compliance with safety protocols.
• Meticulously document all maintenance and repair activities, contributing to a comprehensive maintenance log.
• Collaborate with fellow technicians to refine maintenance procedures and optimize system performance.
• Uphold the highest safety standards and adhere to all company policies to ensure a safe working environment.
• Contribute to the training of new team members, sharing your expertise and best practices.

Required Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a technical certification program in maintenance or a related field is a plus.
• Demonstrated experience as a maintenance technician, ideally within the oil or related industry.
• Solid understanding of mechanical principles and adept at troubleshooting complex systems.
• Familiarity with oil and lubrication systems, including blending processes.
• Proficiency with 120/208/240/480 Voltage Systems.

• Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
• Experience in Food and Beverage Manufacturing.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and Quality Assurance (FSQA) practices.
