About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to ensure the operational readiness of our production equipment. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems to troubleshoot issues, perform preventative maintenance, and implement process improvements. Your contributions will directly impact our production efficiency and overall success.
Responsibilities- Perform machine setup, troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance to maximize equipment uptime.
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues on packaging and production machines to minimize downtime.
- Prepare and configure machinery for scheduled production runs to meet production targets.
- Conduct electrical troubleshooting and repairs on equipment and building systems to maintain a safe and functional environment.
- Interpret equipment manuals and work orders to guide maintenance and repair activities.
- Operate and maintain a forklift safely while adhering to all safety regulations.
- Maintain clean and organized work areas to promote a safe and efficient working environment.
Required Skills
- Eligible to work in the United States.
- Successful completion of pre-employment background check and drug screen.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a maintenance mechanic/technician in a manufacturing setting.
- Proficiency in mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical troubleshooting and repair.
- Experience with 480V 3-phase electrical systems and machine controls.
Preferred Skills
- Bilingual (English/Spanish).
- Experience with VFD Drives and PLC troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of manufacturing methods and process improvement programs.
- Forklift operation experience.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
