- Maintain and repair electromechanical drives, sensors, and automated machinery to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to install and evaluate electromechanical systems, enhancing manufacturing processes.
- Diagnose and resolve issues with CNC manufacturing equipment, PLCs, motor controls, and mechanical assemblies, minimizing downtime.
- Utilize shop tools and testing equipment to maintain and repair electromechanical control systems, ensuring precision and accuracy.
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance system performance and reliability.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols while performing maintenance and repair activities.
Qualifications
Required Skills
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing CNC manufacturing equipment, PLCs, motor controls, and mechanical assemblies.
- Strong knowledge of working with three-phase power and various control voltages.
- Expertise in using shop tools and testing equipment for electromechanical control systems.
- Solid understanding of electrical troubleshooting and repair techniques.
Preferred Skills
- Experience programming PLCs, HMIs, and PC-based systems.
- Familiarity with Variable Frequency Drives (VFD) and Allen Bradley Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC).
- Knowledge of 120/208/240/480 Voltage Systems.
