Carpenter Helper

Our team is looking for a reliable Installation Assistant to support our crew during residential closet setup assignments.

Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Compensation: $17.00 per hour

Core Duties

• Support professional installers with the setup of home closet systems
• Transport necessary components and equipment into client residences
• Provide hands-on help with fundamental assembly and installation procedures
• Manage the loading and unloading of inventory as the project demands
• Maintain a tidy and orderly workspace to ensure a positive outcome for the client
• Collaborate effectively with the team to deliver high-quality service to our customers

Qualifications

• Capable of lifting items weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Physically able to navigate stairs repeatedly throughout the day
• Consistent attendance and access to dependable transportation
• Experience working comfortably within private residential environments
• Familiarity with standard hand tools is beneficial but not mandatory
• Demonstrate a constructive mindset and an eagerness to acquire new skills
