This role is a great opportunity for those who enjoy working with their hands and taking pride in their work. **Duties:** - Perform routine maintenance tasks, including electrical repairs and maintenance, to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities. - Maintain and fabricate various components, including metal and wood, to support our maintenance operations. - Assist with residential painting projects, including preparing surfaces, applying paint, and cleaning up after completion. - Use logic controllers and ohmmeters to troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues. - Lead by example and provide guidance to junior maintenance staff to ensure the highest level of quality and efficiency. - Assist with facilities maintenance projects, including repairs, renovations, and upgrades. - Perform tasks in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines. - Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring that they are satisfied with our maintenance services. **Experience:** - 3 years of experience in facilities maintenance or a related field. - Proven experience in electrical maintenance, including the use of logic controllers and ohmmeters. - Strong knowledge of residential painting techniques and best practices. - Experience with fabrication, including metal and woodwork. - Leadership experience, including the ability to train and guide junior staff. - A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and a trade certificate or associate's degree in a related field is preferred. **Skills:** - Experience with electrical maintenance and repair. - Knowledge of logic controllers and ohmmeter usage. - Strong customer service skills. - Experience with residential painting projects. - Ability to fabricate and maintain various components. - Leadership and teamwork skills. - Experience with facilities maintenance, including repairs, renovations, and upgrades.
