Responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of a team of 10 valet attendants.Manage and lead the valet attendant team for valet services at a residential Luxury High-rise property. Provide training, guidance, and support. Delegate responsibilities, assign work shifts, and manage scheduling for valet staff. Ensure all team members adhere to company policies, safety protocols, and service standards. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to improve staff performance. Monitor the flow of valet services, ensuring vehicles are parked and retrieved efficiently and safely. Ensure the valet station and surrounding areas are clean, organized, and safe. Ensure that safety measures are in place to prevent accidents or injuries to both residents and staff. Keep accurate records of staff attendance, hoursworked, and interactions with residents. Greet residents and provide a friendly experience while addressing any concerns or inquiries. Maintain a high level of residents’ satisfaction by ensuring valet services are prompt, courteous, and efficient. Resolve residents’ complaints or service issues in a professional and timely manner. Report any incidents, accidents, or vehicle damage to the relevant authority promptly. Schedule: Tue-Sat. 2PM-10PM. Must have a valid Driving License with clean driving record. Ability to operate manual and automatic transmissions vehicles. Willingness to work in varying weather conditions. Available to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
