Workplace Manager

We’re looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Workplace Manager to support daily operations at a growing, fast-paced company. This is a pivotal role that keeps the office running smoothly - from coordinating with vendors to creating a welcoming environment for employees and visitors alike.

You will play an integral part at keeping operations flowing as the company continues to expand.

The role: Workplace Manager (Contract to hire)

Location: NYC, NY (Onsite)

Compensation: $40 - $50/hour

Day-to-Day

• Maintain a tidy and professional office environment, ensuring common areas are clean and organized.
• Manage office supplies, monitor inventory levels, and place orders as needed.
• Coordinate daily office lunch orders, label meals upon arrival, and ensure smooth delivery.
• Load printer paper and restock office materials as required.
• Handle facilities and operations tasks, including coordination with vendors when necessary.
• Greet visitors and serve as the first point of contact at reception
