The Day-to-Day
- Serve as the primary gatekeeper and operational partner to the CEO
- Manage complex, shifting calendars and roll with last-minute changes typical of startup life
- Coordinate domestic and international travel (CEO travels :1–2x/month)
- Build processes, implement structure, and refine workflows to increase executive efficiency
- Liaise cross-functionally with internal leaders and external stakeholders
- Anticipate needs before they arise and maintain a highly organized, low-drama work style
- Support special projects and initiatives in partnership with the COS
