Senior Talent Inclusivity Ambassador

This role supports recruiting within AbilityOne and other compliance-driven environments serving individuals with disabilities. It is meaningful work—and it is not easy work.

The work requires patience, accuracy, and sustained attention. Documentation matters. Compliance matters. People matter. This role asks you to hold all three at the same time—consistently and without shortcuts. We’re looking for a talent professional who understands that reality and is motivated by work that requires care, discipline, and follow-through. This position is based in San Antonio, Texas.

What the Role Requires

• Recruiting under AbilityOne program guidelines and other regulated frameworks

• Managing detailed qualifications, documentation, and end-to-end follow-through

• Supporting candidates with respect while navigating structured, compliance-based processes

• Partnering closely with operations and compliance to ensure correct and ethical placement

• Remaining steady and solutions-focused when timelines, requirements, or circumstances are complex

Who This Role Is a Strong Fit For

This role tends to work well for professionals who:

• Have experience recruiting in disability-focused, AbilityOne, or regulated environments

• Are comfortable with structure, accountability, and documentation

• Notice details others miss and follow work through to completion

• Understand that meaningful impact often requires more effort—not less

• Take pride in work that stands up to scrutiny over time

Why This Role Matters

This work creates access to employment while protecting the integrity of programs designed to serve. It is demanding, human-centered, and consequential.

If you’re drawn to recruiting work that carries responsibility—and meaning—we’d welcome the conversation.
